The 4 Horseman of Limiting Beliefs
- Fear of Failure - Keeps us from even starting
- Fear of Ridicule - What if people judge me for doing this? Keeps us small, stops us from taking chances
- Fear of Uncertainty - Which decision is right? Which direction should I choose? Paralyzes us in a state of over-analysis.
- Fear of Success - If I succeed will I lose my ambition, Will I peak? Can I handle the power and responsibility, I don't believe that I deserve x,y,z. Tricks us into abandoning our path right at the edge of victory.
The 4 horsemen hide our self-sabotaging behaviour
